The expansion into Ireland reintroduces the product following a period of absence and brings carbon neutral pothole repair to the emerald isle for the first time.
With the use of bio-blends technology, the product utilises bio-fuels instead of carbon intensive diesel, reducing the emissions of the permanent repair product. This coupled with a highly efficient production process means EZ Street Asphalt provides a 51% carbon saving compared to standard hot mix asphalt in a typical patching project*
Red Stag Managing Director Grant Shewan said “We are delighted to be entering the Irish market following the acquisition of the EZ Street Ireland business from Pelican Roads. The product has been available in Ireland for a number of years and we are excited to provide customers with excellent service and immediate availability.”
Red Stag Materials have built up a reputation from customers in the UK of providing excellent quality service to their customers and this will continue as the company reaches into the Republic of Ireland.
With large stocks of EZ Street Asphalt bulk sacks and 22kg bags held in stock in Dublin, customers can expect delivery within 48hours of order, all at highly competitive prices.
The product is manufactured with a 6mm aggregate meaning it is suitable for repairs as little as 25mm thick and is approved by the Highways Product Approval Scheme (HAPAS).
