Technical Specifications:

SAFETRACK® Overbanding is available in bulk packs, with different grades catering to ambient temperatures. It boasts a typical working life of 5 to 15 minutes, with cure times ranging from 10 to 50 minutes, depending on the grade and temperature. Application instructions include mixing the resin with a BPO powder catalyst, ensuring a homogeneous mixture before application using a draw box.

Application and Maintenance:

Designed for easy application, SAFETRACK® Overbanding ensures a smooth, even band over cracks and joints. The product must be blinded with dry aggregate before gelling to ensure a durable, skid-resistant finish. As it is trafficked, the overscatter aggregate will wear away to reveal the premixed aggregate, maintaining skid resistance throughout its life. Damaged areas can be easily repaired by re-applying the material, ensuring long-lasting performance.

Coverage and Colours:

- Coverage: Offers 55 linear metres per kit, with coverage rates varying based on crack size and surface texture.

- Colour: Available in Asphalt Grey, blending seamlessly with existing road surfaces.
